Se prepara en pocos minutos y es un vaciador de nevera excepcional : lo rellenamos con jam\u00f3n cocido y mozzarella, pero puedes variar los embutidos y quesos seg\u00fan tus gustos o lo que tengas disponible en casa. Para un resultado final impecable, utiliza patatas rojas y, una vez finamente ralladas, cuida de exprimirlas bien, para que pierdan la mayor parte de su agua vegetal. La \u00fanica dificultad de esta tarta es cuando hay que darle la vuelta pero, si tienes disponible una tortilla doble, ser\u00e1 un juego de ni\u00f1os. Tambi\u00e9n puedes prepararlo en versi\u00f3n vegetariana , eliminando el jam\u00f3n.
