Es una de las comidas callejeras m\u00e1s queridas y populares del mundo. Es una receta pobre, de or\u00edgenes antiguos, preparada con harina, agua, aceite de oliva virgen extra y sal, luego cocida en la sart\u00e9n especial de Roma\u00f1a y finalmente ricamente rellena con embutidos, quesos y verduras. Lo que proponemos es la versi\u00f3n original de la piadina, la m\u00e1s cl\u00e1sica, pero tambi\u00e9n existe la versi\u00f3n t\u00edpica de R\u00edmini, que es m\u00e1s fina, o la de Cesena, m\u00e1s ligera desde el punto de vista de las grasas a\u00f1adidas. Sabrosa y suave, la piadina romagnola se puede enriquecer con los ingredientes que prefieras y disfrutarla para un almuerzo r\u00e1pido o para hacer deliciosos bocadillos para ofrecer. Tambi\u00e9n puedes disfrutarla en lugar del pan o como refrigerio , una vez untada con mermelada, crema de chocolate o mantequilla de frutos secos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar de la similitud de la masa, la piadina romagnola no debe confundirse con la tigella o crescentina modenesas. La diferencia radica en el m\u00e9todo de cocci\u00f3n y el tama\u00f1o: &nbsp;estas \u00faltimas se cocinan en la sart\u00e9n tradicional de la que toman el nombre y son m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as y gruesas. Con la masa de piadina tambi\u00e9n se pueden hacer los berros de Roma\u00f1a, una especie de calzone rellenos de los m\u00e1s dispares ingredientes y luego cocinados en una sart\u00e9n antiadherente. As\u00ed que descubramos c\u00f3mo preparar la piadina italiana siguiendo los consejos y la receta paso a paso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consejos<br>Si deseas obtener una piadina a\u00fan m\u00e1s suave, puedes sustituir parte de la dosis de agua por leche .<br>Si lo deseas, puedes sustituir las espinacas baby por r\u00facula o ensalada en rodajas y rellenar tu piadina con los embutidos y quesos que prefieras. Si utilizas un reques\u00f3n de pasta blanda, como la scamorza o la provola, te recomendamos que calientes la piadina rellena en una sart\u00e9n, el tiempo justo para que se derrita el queso.<br>Tambi\u00e9n puedes rellenar la piadina con salm\u00f3n ahumado, queso cremoso untable y aguacate y, si quieres una variante vegana , prueba con hummus de garbanzos y verduras a la plancha. La cocinamos unos minutos, la damos vuelta (5) y continuamos la cocci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n del otro lado, hasta que quede ligeramente dorada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
