Se trata de una mezcla suave y ligera , sin huevos, levadura ni bicarbonato, que te permitir\u00e1 preparar frituras crujientes , ligeras y doradas , adem\u00e1s de secas. Para esta receta solo necesitas harina , cerveza muy fr\u00eda (mejor una rubia), aceite de oliva virgen extra (o aceite de semillas) y sal fina . En pocos minutos podr\u00e1s hacer un rebozado con un sabor delicado. De hecho, no sentir\u00e1s el gusto a cerveza durante la cocci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s de para las verduras, tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar el rebozado de cerveza para el pescado , de hecho es excelente para fre\u00edr bacalao o mariscos. As\u00ed que veamos c\u00f3mo hacer rebozado de cerveza en poco tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00f3mo hacer masa de cerveza&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un bol ponemos la harina tamizada. Incorporamos tambi\u00e9n la cerveza muy fr\u00eda, removiendo con unas varillas de mano o con una batidora el\u00e9ctrica, hasta que la mezcla quede homog\u00e9nea y sin grumos. Quedar\u00e1 perfecta para fre\u00edr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 La cantidad de cerveza de la receta es aproximada, ya que depende de lo espesa que quer\u00e1is que sea la masa. Esto tambi\u00e9n depende de la fritura que teng\u00e1is que hacer: para las verduras es mejor una masa espesa, para que se envuelvan mejor. Si no tienes cerveza en casa, puedes sustituirla por agua con gas, siempre muy fr\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Un m\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n muy r\u00e1pido es la masa en botella , solo tienes que elegir una botella con tapa ancha. Luego, pon todos los ingredientes en ella, ci\u00e9rrala con la tapa y bate r\u00e1pidamente. Luego, vierte el contenido en un bol y sumerge las verduras antes de fre\u00edrlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 El rebozado de cerveza es estupendo para fre\u00edr flores de calabac\u00edn , pero tambi\u00e9n es perfecto para otro tipo de verduras como las berenjenas o el calabac\u00edn normal.
