En Brasil, este flan tambi\u00e9n se conoce como&nbsp;<em>pudim de leite condesado<\/em>&nbsp;que literalmente significa mezcla de huevo, leche y leche condensada en portugu\u00e9s. El flan es&nbsp;<strong>cremoso<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>dulce<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;. =10&gt;suave: b\u00e1sicamente todo lo que quieres en un flan. Adem\u00e1s es&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil<\/strong>&nbsp;y r\u00e1pido de hacer que el cl\u00e1sico&nbsp;flan espa\u00f1ol. Y aunque la mayor\u00eda de la gente conoce el cl\u00e1sico flan espa\u00f1ol, el flan brasile\u00f1o tiene algo especial: contiene leche condensada. Y tradicionalmente, hay que hornearlo en un molde Bundt, lo que dejar\u00e1 un agujero en el medio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo hacer flan brasile\u00f1o<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para hacer la cobertura del flan brasile\u00f1o es necesario hacer un caramelo. Derrita el az\u00facar en la flanera a fuego alto. Se empezar\u00e1 a formar un caramelo. No revuelvas la mezcla y espera hasta que el caramelo de az\u00facar tenga un color miel p\u00e1lido. No le des la espalda al az\u00facar. Si bien el caramelo tarda un poco en formarse, \u00a1tambi\u00e9n puede quemarse muy r\u00e1pidamente! \u00a1Tambi\u00e9n ten mucho cuidado, porque el caramelo est\u00e1 muy caliente!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un recipiente aparte (apto para batidora de mano), vierte la leche condensada, la leche entera, un huevo, una yema y licua en una batidora de mano. Vierte la mezcla licuada en una flanera, tapa y coloca en una bandeja. Llena la bandeja con agua y hornea tapado a 350\u00baF durante unos 50 minutos. Despu\u00e9s de eso, refrigera el flan brasile\u00f1o durante unas 3 horas hasta que est\u00e9 cuajado. Para aflojar el fondo del caramelo, coloque la flanera en la estufa. Para usar esto, use un cuchillo de mantequilla y desl\u00edcelo por los bordes de la sart\u00e9n. Agregue el plato encima del molde para flan y r\u00e1pidamente voltee la tapa para que descanse sobre el plato. Tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar una esp\u00e1tula de goma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consejos para hacer el mejor flan brasile\u00f1o<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Licuar la mezcla de natillas con una batidora de mano puede provocar&nbsp;<strong>formaci\u00f3n de burbujas<\/strong>, que acabar\u00e1n apareciendo en el flan preparado. Para evitar esto, deja que la crema batida se asiente durante unos minutos antes de agregarla a la flanera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el flan no ha cuajado correctamente despu\u00e9s de&nbsp;<strong>50 minutos de cocci\u00f3n<\/strong>, puedes aumentarlo a 75 minutos. Si sale limpio, \u00a1tu flan est\u00e1 listo para servir!
