Vierta la leche, la mantequilla, el huevo, el az\u00facar y el agua tibia. Mezcle para disolver la levadura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine los l\u00edquidos con cuatro y trabaje la mezcla con las manos hasta que la masa se una. Amase hasta que est\u00e9 suave y el\u00e1stica, luego divida por la mitad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezclar la mitad de la masa con el cacao y 15 ml de leche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formar ambas masas en una bola y dejar reposar durante 1 hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extender la masa de chocolate y la masa blanca en un rect\u00e1ngulo. Colocar una capa de masa sobre otra y presionar ligeramente hacia abajo. Cortar la masa en tri\u00e1ngulos y enrollarla en croissants.
