Extienda el relleno uniformemente sobre la masa, dejando un borde de aproximadamente una pulgada en todos los lados. Comenzando desde abajo, enrolle la masa hasta formar un rollo apretado. Corte los extremos para crear un rollo uniforme y div\u00eddalo en 9 porciones de aproximadamente 2 pulgadas de grosor. Coloque los panecillos en una sart\u00e9n engrasada, c\u00fabralos con film transparente y refrig\u00e9relos durante una hora o durante la noche.<br>Una vez que los panecillos est\u00e9n inflados, horn\u00e9elos en el horno hasta que est\u00e9n dorados, aproximadamente 30 minutos. Agregue la leche y contin\u00fae mezclando hasta lograr un glaseado fino (pero lo suficientemente espeso como para cubrir los panecillos).<br>RELLENO<br><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><br>1 taza de mantequilla derretida<br>3 tazas de az\u00facar morena<br>4 cucharadas de canela<br>2 cucharaditas de cardamomo<br>1 cucharadita de sal<br>INSTRUCCIONES<br>En un recipiente mediano, mezcle la mantequilla, el az\u00facar moreno, la canela, el cardamomo y la sal. Reserve.<br>MASA<br><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><br>1 taza de leche<br>4 cucharadas de az\u00facar, divididas<br>2 cucharaditas de levadura seca activa<br>3 1\/2 tazas de harina<br>1 1\/2 cucharadita de polvo para hornear<br>1 1\/2 cucharadita de sal<br>1 huevo grande<br>6 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INSTRUCCIONES<\/strong><br>Calienta la leche en una cacerola peque\u00f1a a fuego medio hasta que alcance los 110 grados. Agrega 2 cucharadas de az\u00facar y la levadura, y bate para disolver. Deja reposar hasta que est\u00e9 ligeramente espumosa y comience a burbujear, aproximadamente de 2 a 5 minutos.<br>En una batidora de pie equipada con el accesorio de paleta, combina la harina, las 2 cucharadas restantes de az\u00facar, el polvo para hornear y la sal. Mezcla hasta que se combinen.<br>Agrega la leche, la mezcla de levadura y el huevo, y mezcla hasta que se combinen. Agrega la mantequilla derretida y contin\u00faa revolviendo hasta que se forme una masa peluda. Raspa el taz\u00f3n y cambia al accesorio de gancho para masa. Amasa durante 4 a 5 minutos hasta que la masa est\u00e9 brillante.<br>Retira la masa y col\u00f3cala en un taz\u00f3n mediano bien engrasado. Cubre con film transparente y deja reposar hasta que la masa haya duplicado su tama\u00f1o, aproximadamente 1 hora y media.
