Ahora un poco de ralladura de lim\u00f3n, le dar\u00e1 a tu tarta un aroma incre\u00edble.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agrega el huevo y amasa a mano hasta que se absorba, debes obtener una masa bonita y compacta, luego inmediatamente d\u00e9jala reposar en el frigor\u00edfico durante al menos 30 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mientras tanto, en una ollita peque\u00f1a, vierte la leche, la nata fresca, el extracto de vainilla y cocina a fuego lento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol batir las yemas con el az\u00facar. Una vez que est\u00e9 bien disuelta a\u00f1ade la maicena y deja que se absorba perfectamente. Ya s\u00f3lo queda agregar la leche caliente y mezclar bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ahora tendr\u00e1s que volver a pasarlo al fuego.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remueve continuamente y ver\u00e1s que en menos de un minuto se habr\u00e1 formado una crema pastelera brillante y suave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sacar la masa de la nevera y trabajarla con un rodillo. Exti\u00e9ndalo bien hasta que tenga un grosor de aproximadamente 1 cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En este punto ya lo puedes colocar en el molde, nosotros usamos uno de 27cm.
