Un cofre dorado de hojaldre, que se puede preparar en casa o comprar ya hecho, se rellena con calabac\u00edn crudo finamente rallado, motas y queso en lonchas, para obtener un resultado final cremoso y s\u00faper fibroso .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes preparar este pastel de motas de calabac\u00edn en unos minutos, perfecto para disfrutarlo como plato principal de una deliciosa cena, o incluso como aperitivo o bocadillo para una fiesta de cumplea\u00f1os. Adem\u00e1s es una receta muy vers\u00e1til , que puedes rellenar seg\u00fan tu gusto. Entonces, descubramos c\u00f3mo hacerlo siguiendo instrucciones y consejos paso a paso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consejos para un pastel salado con calabac\u00edn y mota<br><\/strong>Utiliza calabacines frescos y crujientes , preferiblemente peque\u00f1os. Una vez ralladas, a\u00f1ade sal y d\u00e9jalas reposar al menos media hora, luego expr\u00edmelas para quitar el exceso de l\u00edquido. De esta forma el hojaldre no perder\u00e1 su crujiente y textura durante la cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes utilizar un rollo de hojaldre comprado en la tienda o puedes decidir hacerlo en casa. Alternativamente, tambi\u00e9n puedes preparar una sabrosa masa quebrada , una masa loca o una bris\u00e9e r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes personalizar el relleno como quieras. Puedes sustituir el speck por jam\u00f3n, mortadela o salami, o el emmental por provolone, scamorza ahumada o mozzarella para pizza, m\u00e1s seca que la fresca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si quieres hacer una versi\u00f3n vegetariana , puedes omitir el salami y a\u00f1adir aceitunas picadas, tomates secos y almendras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f3mo conservar el pastel de calabac\u00edn y motas<br><\/strong>Es recomendable conservar la sabrosa tarta con speck y calabac\u00edn hasta por 24 horas en el frigor\u00edfico, dentro de un recipiente especial herm\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f3mo hacer pastel de calabac\u00edn<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lavar los calabacines y recortarlos, luego rallarlos con un rallador de agujeros grandes y recogerlos en un bol (1).
