Este delicioso pan de sart\u00e9n es ideal para panaderos principiantes : simplemente coloque los ingredientes en la batidora, deje que la masa suba y \u00a1listo! Es la receta perfecta incluso para principiantes porque no hay que trabajar mucho la masa, es casi una receta sin amasar. Comienza mezclando agua, miel y levadura, luego deja reposar hasta que est\u00e9 espumoso. Agrega 2 \u00bd tazas de harina, sal, aceite de oliva y mezcla con tu batidora. Comience agregando 1\/4 taza de harina a la vez hasta obtener una masa suave, amase durante 5 minutos y luego d\u00e9jela reposar durante 30 minutos. Ahora, enrolla la masa, forma una bola y d\u00e9jala reposar en una sart\u00e9n de hierro fundido durante 30 minutos despu\u00e9s de cubrirla con una toalla h\u00fameda.
