Esta receta es similar al baklava turco (cevizli baklava), que se cubre con nueces y se roc\u00eda con jarabe de az\u00facar cuando sale del horno. En lugar de usar masa filo comprada en la tienda, har\u00e1s la masa desde cero y luego la cubrir\u00e1s con mantequilla y nueces. \u00bfEl resultado? \u00a1Dulce, crujiente y muy delicioso!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el baklava?<br><\/strong>Baklava es un postre elaborado con capas de masa rellenas de nueces y miel o alm\u00edbar. El baklava se remonta a much\u00edsimo tiempo atr\u00e1s, con los primeros registros escritos que datan del siglo XIII (aunque algunos dicen que se basa en una receta del 800 a. C.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy en d\u00eda, existen algunas variaciones de baklava, seg\u00fan la regi\u00f3n de donde se obtiene. El baklava liban\u00e9s suele prepararse con un jarabe de az\u00facar que contiene flor de naranja y agua de rosas. El baklava griego es m\u00e1s conocido por la combinaci\u00f3n de miel y nueces. El baklava turco es un poco m\u00e1s simple, sin saborizantes adicionales: solo nueces, mantequilla y un simple jarabe de az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consejos<\/strong><br>No agregue demasiada mantequilla entre las capas. Una capa fina ser\u00e1 suficiente (no querr\u00e1s que la masa quede demasiado empapada).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si no te apetece hacer tu propia masa, puedes utilizar masa filo comprada en la tienda. Aseg\u00farese de que est\u00e9 completamente descongelado (pero no tibio) antes de usarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para una toma deliciosa, pero nada tradicional, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no rociarla con un poco de chocolate antes de servir? Aseg\u00farate de usar chocolate amargo, ya que el chocolate con leche o blanco puede hacer que el postre sea demasiado dulce (a menos, por supuesto, que te gusten los postres s\u00faper dulces).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f3mo almacenar baklava<br><\/strong>Es mejor comer baklava dentro de los primeros 2 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de prepararlo.
