En nuestra receta, las alb\u00f3ndigas de ternera se dorar\u00e1n brevemente en el horno, se colocar\u00e1n en una fuente para horno con salsa de tomate fresco y luego se cocinar\u00e1n. Una vez listas, las alb\u00f3ndigas se cubren con queso fiordilatte en rodajas y se derriten nuevamente en el horno, para obtener un resultado fibroso y verdaderamente irresistible (imposible no remojar un poco de pan en la salsa de tomate). Es un plato f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido de hacer, que har\u00e1 las delicias de ni\u00f1os y mayores, perfecto para servir como segundo plato en una comida o cena familiar. As\u00ed que descubramos c\u00f3mo hacer alb\u00f3ndigas alla pizzaiola perfectas siguiendo todas las instrucciones y consejos paso a paso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00f3mo hacer alb\u00f3ndigas a la pizzaiola<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partir el pan y recogerlo en un bol; vierte la leche (1) y d\u00e9jala en remojo media hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorpora los huevos, el queso fiordilatte, una pizca de sal, una pizca de pimienta y un poco de perejil finamente picado. A\u00f1ade la carne (2) y mezcla bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la mezcla obtenida formar muchas alb\u00f3ndigas y colocarlas poco a poco en una grasera, forrada con una hoja de papel pergamino (3).
