La preparaci\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica incluye una base de bizcocho, cortado en cubos y dispuesto en capas con crema pastelera, fruta y nata montada, todo ello montado en un gran bol de cristal o en vasitos monodosis. El resultado final es un postre sencillo y escenogr\u00e1fico, muy bueno para sorprender a tus invitados. El alm\u00edbar de bagatela suele ser alcoh\u00f3lico pero es posible prepararlo tambi\u00e9n con zumo de fresa y az\u00facar, as\u00ed crear\u00e1s un alm\u00edbar analac\u00f3lico bueno tambi\u00e9n para los ni\u00f1os. Tapar con film transparente y dejar macerar durante la noche, este ser\u00e1 el alm\u00edbar de tu postre. Corta el bizcocho en cubos y res\u00e9rvalos. Ahora prepara media dosis de crema pastelera y d\u00e9jala enfriar a temperatura ambiente. Montar la nata con 20 gramos de az\u00facar glas hasta que est\u00e9 firme. Se empieza a hacer las capas de la bagatela, colocando el bizcocho en la base de los vasos de 250 ml, se a\u00f1aden las fresas con su alm\u00edbar, despu\u00e9s se a\u00f1ade la crema pastelera y la nata montada y se procede por capas, finalizando con las fresas para adornar el pastel.
