Poner un film sobre una superficie plana y ponerle la mantequilla. Cubrir con otro film y untar las mantequillas con un rodillo de reposter\u00eda. Obtendr\u00e1s una fina pel\u00edcula de mantequilla dentro de la pel\u00edcula. Refrigere durante aproximadamente una hora hasta que la mantequilla est\u00e9 dura. Corta cuadrados de 2 pulgadas. Coloca una cucharada de chispas de chocolate en un lado del cuadrado, dobla por la mitad y presiona los bordes suavemente. Precalienta el horno a 350F y hornea el hojaldre en una bandeja cubierta con papel encerado durante unos 20 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 dorado. Despu\u00e9s de 10 minutos en el horno, retira y barniza con una mezcla de 1 huevo batido y 1\/4 taza de leche l\u00edquida. Hornear hasta que el hojaldre est\u00e9 bien dorado.
