Se puede utilizar para condimentar la pasta o untarlo sobre crostini y bruschetta, para obtener un aperitivo original y apetitoso. Es un condimento r\u00e1pido y f\u00e1cil, que se prepara crudo en pocos minutos, sin siquiera encender el fuego. Si lo deseas, tambi\u00e9n puedes sustituir las almendras por otros frutos secos , como pi\u00f1ones o anacardos, el b\u00e1sico por r\u00facula y el parmesano por pecorino o copos de levadura nutricional, para una variante vegana apta para todos.
