Excelente para servir como primer plato para darle color a la mesa, pero tambi\u00e9n como sabroso bocadillo para ofrecer en un buffet de fiesta. De hecho, el cusc\u00fas se puede disfrutar caliente, pero tambi\u00e9n fr\u00edo: una preparaci\u00f3n sencilla y r\u00e1pida, perfecta para el verano. Una vez listo, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1s trasladarlo al bolso y llevarlo a la playa, al parque o a la oficina. Para un resultado fragante e irresistible, no olvides a\u00f1adir abundante albahaca fresca .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cusc\u00fas se remoja en agua hirviendo, pero para un plato a\u00fan m\u00e1s sabroso puedes utilizar caldo de verduras . En esta receta lo preparamos de forma mediterr\u00e1nea , condiment\u00e1ndolo con pur\u00e9 de tomate y albahaca; al gusto puedes a\u00f1adir los ingredientes que prefieras : or\u00e9gano, menta, aceitunas Taggiasca, alcaparras desaladas, tomates secos.
