Conocida como pasta alla valdostana , se trata de una receta t\u00edpica de la regi\u00f3n del Valle de Aosta (Italia) \u00a0donde la protagonista es la fontina, el queso s\u00edmbolo de esta tierra: de sabor dulce y consistencia fundente, se funde suavemente con nata fresca y luego se mezcla con dados de jam\u00f3n cocido dorado en una sart\u00e9n.
