Desayuno diet\u00e9tico saludable con 3 ingredientes!<br><strong>Ingredientes:<br><\/strong>100 g de reques\u00f3n blando<br>1 pl\u00e1tano maduro<br>2 huevos enteros<br>Informaci\u00f3n nutricional por porci\u00f3n (320 g):<br>Calor\u00edas: 380,20 kcal<br>Prote\u00ednas: 33,62 g<br>Grasas: 14,21 g<br>Carbohidratos: 28,05 g<br><strong>Instrucciones:<br><\/strong>En un taz\u00f3n mediano, machaque el pl\u00e1tano hasta que quede una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<br>Agregue el reques\u00f3n blando al pl\u00e1tano machacado y mezcle bien para combinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&gt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Rompa los huevos en la mezcla y revuelva hasta obtener una masa uniforme.<br>Precaliente una sart\u00e9n antiadherente a fuego medio. Puede optar por usar un poco de aceite o mantequilla para evitar que se pegue, pero con una buena sart\u00e9n antiadherente, puede evitar grasas adicionales.<br>Vierta la masa en la sart\u00e9n para formar panqueques individuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tama\u00f1o depende de ti, pero por lo general, aproximadamente un cuarto de taza de masa har\u00e1 un panqueque de buen tama\u00f1o.<br>Coc\u00ednalo durante aproximadamente 2 a 3 minutos de un lado, o hasta que veas que se forman burbujas en la superficie y los bordes comienzan a verse firmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Da vuelta los panqueques con cuidado con una esp\u00e1tula y coc\u00ednalos durante otros 2 a 3 minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9n dorados y bien cocidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>S\u00edrvelos calientes.
