A\u00f1ade a una olla con 300 ml de agua y una pizca de sal.<br>Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n, luego tapa y reduce a fuego lento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&gt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cocina hasta que el agua se absorba y el arroz est\u00e9 tierno. Deja enfriar.<br><strong>Prepara las verduras:<br><\/strong>Ralla las patatas y la zanahoria. Pica finamente la cebolla y pica el ajo.<br>En una sart\u00e9n, calienta un poco de aceite vegetal a fuego medio. A\u00f1ade la cebolla y el ajo, saltea hasta que est\u00e9n transparentes.<br>A\u00f1ade las patatas ralladas y la zanahoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cocina hasta que se ablanden. Sazona con sal, pimienta y las especias que prefieras. Deja enfriar la mezcla.<br><strong>Prepara la masa:<br><\/strong>En un bol grande, bate los huevos con sal.
