Verificado: los invitados piden un a\u00f1adido, \u00a1y la receta est\u00e1 guardada!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para los pasteles de chocolate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 huevos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1,5-2 tazas de az\u00facar (ajustar al gusto)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tazas de k\u00e9fir (preferiblemente a temperatura ambiente)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cucharadas de cacao (se puede sustituir por algarroba para un sabor suave)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tazas de harina (\u00a1aseg\u00farate de tamizarla!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 cucharaditas de\u2026 Soda (sin rebozar)<br>Para la crema:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 g de mantequilla (blanda, no del refrigerador)<br>250 g de crema para batir (20-25%)<br>0.5 tazas de az\u00facar glas (o az\u00facar fina)<br>Para decorar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chocolate rallado, chispas de chocolate o coco rallado<br>Opcional: nueces, frutos rojos, galletas trituradas o caramelo<br>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparar la masa:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un recipiente hondo, batir los huevos con el az\u00facar hasta obtener una espuma ligera (con un batidor o tenedor; no se necesita batidora).<br>Verter el k\u00e9fir y a\u00f1adir el cacao. Mezclar hasta obtener una masa suave.<br>Mezclar por separado la harina con la soda y luego a\u00f1adirla poco a poco a la masa l\u00edquida.<br>Debe obtenerse una masa suave, ligeramente l\u00edquida y sin grumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hornear los bizcochos:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dividir la masa en dos partes iguales.<br>Hornear cada una en un molde (\u2205 21 cm) a 180 \u00b0C durante unos 35-40 minutos. Consejo: Forrar el fondo con papel vegetal y engrasar los lados con aceite.<br>Dejar enfriar completamente los bizcochos y cortar cada uno por la mitad: obtendr\u00e1s 4 bizcochos finos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparar la crema:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Batir la mantequilla blanda con az\u00facar glas hasta que quede esponjosa.<br>A\u00f1adir la crema agria y volver a batir bien. La crema debe quedar suave, tierna y no demasiado l\u00edquida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Montar el bizcocho:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colocar el primer bizcocho en una fuente plana, untarlo con crema. Repetir las capas.<br>Engrasar tambi\u00e9n la superficie y los lados. Decorar con chocolate rallado o virutas.<br>Meter el bizcocho en el frigor\u00edfico durante al menos 4-6 horas, o preferiblemente toda la noche, para que se empape bien.<br>Informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El k\u00e9fir hace que los bizcochos queden especialmente suaves y jugosos. Incluso uno ligeramente \u00e1cido servir\u00e1.<br>El bicarbonato de sodio en combinaci\u00f3n con el k\u00e9fir funciona como un excelente agente leudante: la masa sube sin levadura ni polvo para hornear. El aceite de la crema ayuda a mantener su forma, y \u200b\u200bla crema agria le da la misma acidez &#8220;casera&#8221;.<br>Las chispas de chocolate se pueden sustituir por chocolate rallado, cacao con az\u00facar o nueces picadas.<br>Conservaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pastel se conserva bien en el refrigerador hasta 3-4 d\u00edas. \u00a1Al segundo d\u00eda est\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s rico!<br>Si prefiere prepararlo con antelaci\u00f3n, puede hornearlo un d\u00eda antes y envolverlo en film transparente antes de montarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combina a la perfecci\u00f3n con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00e9 negro con lim\u00f3n<br>Caf\u00e9 con leche<br>Un vaso de leche fr\u00eda, como en la infancia<br>\u00a1No se lo pierda! \u00a1Este pastel se convertir\u00e1 en su favorito!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este pastel es una verdadera salvaci\u00f3n si buscas algo casero, sabroso y espectacular sin las complicaciones de los bizcochos.
