Esta receta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creo que todo el mundo lo sabe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con cualquier relleno esta tarta queda muy rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Y es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mantequilla \u2013 180 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huevo \u2013 1 ud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Az\u00facar \u2013 100 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harina ~ 400 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crema agria \u2013 2 cucharadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polvo de hornear \u2013 1 cucharadita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vainillina \u2013 1 paquete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manteca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Az\u00facar en polvo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezclo la harina con la levadura en polvo y rallo la mantequilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo muelo todo hasta convertirlo en migajas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un recipiente aparte, bate el huevo, el az\u00facar y la vainilla. Cuando la mezcla blanquee, a\u00f1ade la crema agria y vuelve a batir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combino la mezcla l\u00edquida con la mantequilla molida. Amaso una masa suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Divido la masa en dos partes. Pongo una parte (que es m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a) en el refrigerador durante 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Extiende la segunda parte sobre una hoja de papel vegetal. Forma un rect\u00e1ngulo de 7-8 mm de grosor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora el relleno. Puede ser de cualquier tipo. Puedes usar mermelada espesa, machacada con yema y queso, calabaza al horno, frutos secos, etc. Hoy tengo mermelada de manzana. La distribuyo por toda la superficie de la masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saco el segundo trozo de masa del congelador y lo froto encima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met\u00ed la tarta en el horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 20-25 minutos. \u00a1Vigilen el horno! La tarta debe quedar bien dorada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo cort\u00e9 en porciones mientras todav\u00eda estaba caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes servirlo espolvoreado con az\u00facar glas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pastel rallado.
