Queda riqu\u00edsimo y puede competir f\u00e1cilmente con los postres m\u00e1s populares. \u00a1Es sorprendente que poca gente conozca esta receta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Masa:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g de crema agria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>840 g de harina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cucharaditas de polvo para hornear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crema:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>350 g de az\u00facar\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1000 g de crema agria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Relleno:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g de albaricoques secos + 1 cucharada de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g de ciruelas pasas + 1 cucharada de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g de pasas + 1 cucharada de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Masa:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rompo los huevos en un bol hondo, a\u00f1ado el az\u00facar y bato hasta que se disuelvan los granos de arena. Agrego la crema agria y mezclo. Agrego la mitad de la harina y la levadura qu\u00edmica y amaso la masa. Agrego el resto de la harina y amaso hasta obtener una masa suave y el\u00e1stica. Cubro la masa con film transparente y la guardo en el refrigerador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Relleno:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vierto agua caliente sobre las pasas, los albaricoques secos y las ciruelas pasas, y dejo que se hinchen. Corto los albaricoques secos en trozos peque\u00f1os, los pongo en una licuadora, a\u00f1ado 1 cucharada de az\u00facar y los muelo hasta obtener un pur\u00e9. Hago lo mismo con las ciruelas pasas y las pasas, colocando las mezclas en tazones separados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Divido la masa en seis partes, le pongo film transparente y la enrollo en capas finas. Unto la primera capa con albaricoques secos, la extiendo uniformemente y la enrollo. La segunda capa con ciruelas pasas y la tercera con pasas. Enrollamos las capas. Hago seis rollos. Los coloco en una bandeja de horno cubierta con papel vegetal. Divido cada rollo en panecillos peque\u00f1os de 4-5 cm. Los coloco verticalmente, alternando los rellenos. Engraso la parte superior con crema y vuelvo a extender los rollos. Luego lo met\u00ed en el refrigerador al menos 8 horas.
