Parece que una suave corriente de aire hace que el sue\u00f1o sea m\u00e1s profundo y reparador. Sin embargo, los m\u00e9dicos advierten cada vez m\u00e1s que dormir con la ventana abierta puede ser perjudicial para la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No se trata solo de la temperatura. Cuando el aire se enfr\u00eda por la noche, el cuerpo reacciona constantemente a los cambios: intenta retener el calor, altera su ritmo respiratorio y tensa los m\u00fasculos. Como resultado, el sue\u00f1o se vuelve superficial y uno se despierta cansado, como si no hubiera descansado nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una ventana abierta tambi\u00e9n deja entrar polvo, polen y otros al\u00e9rgenos. Esto se nota especialmente en primavera y oto\u00f1o: goteo nasal, picaz\u00f3n, tos y sequedad de garganta. La bocina de un coche, el ladrido de un perro, los pasos de un vecino&#8230; el cerebro reacciona incluso a los sonidos m\u00e1s sutiles. Ventila la habitaci\u00f3n durante el d\u00eda y enciende un ventilador silencioso o un purificador de aire antes de acostarte: estabilizar\u00e1 la temperatura y filtrar\u00e1 part\u00edculas no deseadas. Tambi\u00e9n puedes abrir la puerta ligeramente para que circule el aire sin crear corrientes de aire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La clave es mantener un ambiente tranquilo y estable.
