Se trata del famoso Laugenbr\u00f6t , una especialidad fermentada de origen n\u00f3rdico, t\u00edpica del Tirol del Sur. Se caracterizan por tener una corteza fina, crujiente y ligeramente salada \u2013obtenida de una r\u00e1pida precocci\u00f3n en agua y bicarbonato de sodio, antes de ser horneados\u2013 y son irresistiblemente suaves y esponjosos por dentro. Muy sencillos de preparar, puedes rellenar los panecillos Bretzel de embutidos y quesos con pasta hilada, para una comida r\u00e1pida y pr\u00e1ctica, o servirlos en la panera para acompa\u00f1ar cualquier plato principal de carne o pescado. Por si sobra algo, la mejor forma de disfrutar los panecillos Bretzel es recalentarlos en el horno.
