Seg\u00fan mi amigo, la clave para unas chuletas jugosas es marinar la carne picada, lo cual me sorprendi\u00f3 much\u00edsimo. \u00bfY a ti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las chuletas perfectas se hacen con carne cortada a cuchillo, aunque el uso de una picadora de carne simplifica enormemente todo el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para la carne picada se recomienda utilizar dos tipos de carne: grasa, como la de cerdo, y magra, como la de ternera o de pollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la carne picada as\u00ed preparada le a\u00f1adimos especias, entre ellas la obligatoria pimienta negra, as\u00ed como otras al gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es importante recordar que todav\u00eda no se puede agregar sal, ya que absorbe la humedad y puede resecar las chuletas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para preparar la marinada, vierta agua mineral carbonatada muy fr\u00eda en la carne picada en una cantidad de 100-150 ml por kilogramo de carne picada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de agregar el agua, mezcle bien la carne picada y golp\u00e9ela contra la mesa, transfiri\u00e9ndola a una bolsa para mejorar la consistencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego marina la carne picada en el refrigerador durante 3-5 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El paso final es agregar cebolla finamente picada y sal a la carne picada antes de fre\u00edr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fre\u00edr las chuletas en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite hasta que est\u00e9n doradas por ambos lados, tambi\u00e9n se puede utilizar pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado son unas chuletas incre\u00edblemente sabrosas y jugosas que encantar\u00e1n a todos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las chuletas son probablemente el plato de carne picada m\u00e1s popular y querido preparado en casa en Rusia: es r\u00e1pido, f\u00e1cil y muy sabroso.
