Es un tipo de queso crema \u00e1cido, lo que significa que est\u00e1 elaborado con dos ingredientes simples: crema espesa y un tipo de \u00e1cido (generalmente \u00e1cido c\u00edtrico o tart\u00e1rico). En esta receta, lo hacemos un poco m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil (y m\u00e1s accesible) usando jugo de lim\u00f3n. Es sorprendentemente f\u00e1cil de hacer. Se calienta la crema espesa y luego se agrega el jugo de lim\u00f3n para espesar la crema. Se deja escurrir en un pa\u00f1o limpio para retirar el exceso de l\u00edquido. El queso mascarpone, por otro lado, es un producto de queso puro elaborado con crema espesa y queso. Es m\u00e1s popular por su uso en tiramis\u00fa, un postre italiano en capas con infusi\u00f3n de caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debido a que el mascarpone est\u00e1 hecho de crema espesa (y no de leche como, por ejemplo, el queso crema), tiene un alto contenido de grasa. Es bastante inestable y se separar\u00e1. Pero si piensas utilizarlo en guisos o guisos, puedes congelarlo. Coloque el mascarpone en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico y cong\u00e9lelo por hasta 4 semanas.
