Sin az\u00facar. \u00a1En diez minutos, un capricho nutritivo! \u00a1Muy f\u00e1cil! \ud83c\udf6b"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<br><\/strong>170 g de d\u00e1tiles sin hueso<br>2 cucharadas de mantequilla de cacahuete<br>Una pizca de sal<br>Aproximadamente 100 g de harina de avena (puede prepararla picando finamente la avena en un procesador de alimentos)<br>Aproximadamente 60 g de cacahuetes (preferiblemente fritos y salados para un sabor extra)<br>100 g de chocolate negro (busque una variedad con alto contenido de cacao y sin az\u00facar)<br><strong>Instrucciones<\/strong>:<br>Preparar el caramelo de d\u00e1tiles: En un procesador de alimentos, triturar los d\u00e1tiles sin hueso, la mantequilla de cacahuete y una pizca de sal hasta obtener una mezcla suave y con una consistencia similar a la del caramelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Si la mezcla est\u00e1 demasiado espesa, puede a\u00f1adir una cucharadita de agua para que se integre mejor.<br>Incorporar la harina de avena: Verter la mezcla de d\u00e1tiles en un bol e incorporar gradualmente la harina de avena hasta que est\u00e9 bien incorporada. El objetivo es obtener una consistencia similar a la de una masa, f\u00e1cil de moldear, pero no demasiado pegajosa.<br>Formar la base: Forrar una fuente o bandeja de horno peque\u00f1a con papel vegetal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presiona la mezcla de d\u00e1tiles y avena en el fondo del molde, creando una capa uniforme que servir\u00e1 como base para tus barritas.<br>Agrega los cacahuetes: Espolvorea los cacahuetes fritos y salados sobre la base, presion\u00e1ndolos suavemente para que se adhieran a la mezcla.<br>Derrite el chocolate: Rompe el chocolate negro en trozos y derr\u00edtelo al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda o en el microondas a intervalos de 20 segundos, removiendo entre cada intervalo hasta que est\u00e9 suave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Cubre con el chocolate: Una vez derretido, vierte el chocolate negro sobre la base de cacahuetes, extendi\u00e9ndolo uniformemente con una esp\u00e1tula para cubrir todos los cacahuetes.<br>Enfr\u00eda: Coloca el molde en el refrigerador durante al menos una hora, o hasta que el chocolate est\u00e9 completamente cuajado y la base firme.<br>Rebana y sirve: Una vez cuajado, saca la mezcla del refrigerador y s\u00e1cala del molde sujet\u00e1ndola por los bordes del papel vegetal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Col\u00f3cala en una tabla de cortar y c\u00f3rtala en barras o cuadrados.<br>Disfruta: Tus barritas caseras sin az\u00facar est\u00e1n listas para disfrutar.
