En un recipiente adecuado para amasar, combine el agua tibia y la levadura, revolviendo hasta que se disuelva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agregue gradualmente la harina y la sal, amasando hasta obtener una masa suave y maleable. Divida la masa en 8 porciones iguales, c\u00fabralas y d\u00e9jelas reposar durante 25 minutos.<br><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n del relleno de papa<br><\/strong>Mientras la masa reposa, prepare el sabroso relleno de papa. Hervir las papas hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas y luego machacarlas hasta obtener una consistencia suave. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezclar con queso cheddar rallado, sal y pimienta negra al gusto para crear un relleno delicioso y sabroso.<br><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de la masa<br><\/strong>Una vez que la masa haya reposado, extenderla en l\u00e1minas finas con un rodillo. Untar las l\u00e1minas con mantequilla, apil\u00e1ndolas una encima de otra. Colocar la masa en capas en el congelador durante 30 minutos para que se endurezca.<br>Despu\u00e9s de enfriar, extender la masa de nuevo en forma de cuadrado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cortar la masa en cuadrados del mismo tama\u00f1o y colocar una porci\u00f3n del relleno de papa sobre cada cuadrado. Doblar la masa sobre el relleno, sellando los bordes para formar los pastelitos individuales.<br><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de la masa<br><\/strong>Precalentar el horno a 190 grados Celsius (375 grados Fahrenheit). Colocar los pastelitos armados en una bandeja para hornear forrada con papel vegetal.
