En un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, mezcla el yogur, la mayonesa, el ajo, el perejil picado, la sal y la pimienta.<br>Sirve los bu\u00f1uelos de calabac\u00edn calientes con la salsa de yogur y eneldo.<br>Consejos:<br>Puedes escurrir el exceso de agua del calabac\u00edn rallado antes de a\u00f1adirlo a la masa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto ayudar\u00e1 a que los bu\u00f1uelos queden m\u00e1s crujientes.<br>Si la masa parece demasiado l\u00edquida, a\u00f1ade un poco m\u00e1s de harina hasta que est\u00e9 lo suficientemente espesa como para servirla con una cuchara.<br>Tambi\u00e9n puedes hornear los bu\u00f1uelos de calabac\u00edn en lugar de fre\u00edrlos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Precalienta el horno a 200 grados Celsius (400 grados Fahrenheit). Engrasa ligeramente una bandeja para hornear. Vierte la masa en la bandeja preparada y hornea durante 15 a 20 minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9n dorados y bien cocidos. Las sobras se pueden guardar en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico en el refrigerador hasta por 3 d\u00edas.
