Retira el hueso y c\u00f3rtalo en trozos peque\u00f1os con un tenedor.<br>Prepara el relleno mezclando el aguacate picado con piment\u00f3n, tomate picado, cebolla picada, sal, pimienta negra, cilantro picado y un chorrito de zumo de lim\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezcla todo bien y reserva.<br>En un bol, mezcla la avena, la leche y los huevos (o las semillas de ch\u00eda).
