Puede usar una olla arrocera o una olla sobre la estufa. Si lo cocina en la estufa, hierva el agua, agregue el arroz, luego baje el fuego a fuego lento y tape. Cocine hasta que el agua se absorba y el arroz est\u00e9 tierno, pero no completamente cocido, ya que continuar\u00e1 cocin\u00e1ndose con la leche de coco.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cocinar con leche de coco:<br>En una olla grande, combine 1 1\/2 tazas de leche de coco, 1 taza de az\u00facar morena y 1\/2 cucharadita de sal. Revuelva a fuego lento hasta que el az\u00facar se disuelva.<br>Agregue el arroz parcialmente cocido a la mezcla de leche de coco. Contin\u00fae cocinando, revolviendo constantemente para evitar que se pegue y se queme, hasta que la mezcla espese y el arroz est\u00e9 completamente cocido, aproximadamente de 15 a 20 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare la sart\u00e9n:<br>Si usa hojas de pl\u00e1tano, p\u00e1selas r\u00e1pidamente al fuego para que sean m\u00e1s flexibles. Luego, \u00faselas para forrar el fondo y los lados de la bandeja o fuente para hornear. Este paso es opcional, pero le da un sabor y aroma agradables al biko.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensamble el biko:<br>Transfiera la mezcla de arroz a la sart\u00e9n preparada. Aplane la superficie con una esp\u00e1tula o el dorso de una cuchara.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare el latik:<br>En una sart\u00e9n aparte, cocine a fuego lento la 1\/2 taza de leche de coco restante y la 1\/2 taza de az\u00facar morena. Revuelva constantemente hasta que la mezcla espese y adquiera una consistencia de jarabe.<br>Vierta este jarabe sobre el arroz en la sart\u00e9n, extendi\u00e9ndolo uniformemente para cubrirlo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toque final:<br>Deje que el biko se enfr\u00ede completamente a temperatura ambiente.
