Cortar el repollo en cuartos y luego en tiras finas.<br>Cocinar el arroz: En una cacerola mediana, poner a hervir el agua. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1ade el arroz y cocina durante 10 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 tierno. Forma peque\u00f1as alb\u00f3ndigas con la mezcla.<br>Sofr\u00ede las alb\u00f3ndigas: En una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio, calienta el aceite vegetal. Agrega las alb\u00f3ndigas y cocina hasta que est\u00e9n doradas por todos lados.<br>Preparaci\u00f3n de la cazuela: En una fuente grande para horno, combina el repollo, el arroz cocido, las alb\u00f3ndigas doradas, la pasta de tomate, el ajo picado y el agua. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezcla bien.<br>Preparaci\u00f3n de la cazuela: Cubre la fuente con papel aluminio. Hornea la cazuela en el horno precalentado durante 90 minutos.<br>Agrega los tomates y el cilantro: Retira la cazuela del horno.
