Una receta deliciosa, saludable y sabrosa."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<br><\/strong>1 coliflor grande<br>1 cucharadita de sal (y un poco m\u00e1s al gusto)<br>1 cucharadita de semillas de alcaravea<br>1 cebolla grande (o 2 peque\u00f1as) picada<br>2 cucharadas de grasa vegetal<br>2 pimientos morrones picados<br>2 tomates picados<br>1 cucharadita de cilantro en polvo<br>1 cucharadita de pimienta negra<br>1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo<br>1 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n<br>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<br>Un pu\u00f1ado de perejil fresco picado<br>250 gramos de queso mozzarella rallado<br><strong>Instrucciones:<br>Preparaci\u00f3n de la coliflor:<br><\/strong>Corta la coliflor en ramilletes peque\u00f1os.<br>En una olla grande, pon agua a hervir y a\u00f1ade 1 cucharadita de sal y las semillas de alcaravea.<br>A\u00f1ade los ramilletes de coliflor y cocina hasta que est\u00e9n blandos, unos 7-8 minutos.<br>Escurre la coliflor y reserva.<br><strong>Saltea las verduras:<br><\/strong>Calienta la grasa vegetal en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio.<br>A\u00f1ade las cebollas picadas y cocina hasta que est\u00e9n doradas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1ade los pimientos y d\u00e9jalos cocer a fuego lento durante unos 5 minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9n ligeramente blandos.<br>Incorpora los tomates y cocina durante 3-4 minutos m\u00e1s.<br><strong>Sazona<\/strong>:<br>A\u00f1ade cilantro, pimienta negra, ajo en polvo y piment\u00f3n a la mezcla de verduras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remueve bien para integrar.<br><strong>Mezcla<\/strong>:<br>En un bol grande, mezcla la coliflor escurrida con la mezcla de verduras.<br>Roc\u00eda con un chorrito de aceite de oliva y mezcla todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Comprueba la saz\u00f3n y a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s sal si es necesario.<br><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<br>Precalienta el horno a 250 grados Celsius (482 grados Fahrenheit).<br>Transfiere la mezcla de coliflor a una fuente para horno.<br>Espolvorea perejil picado uniformemente por encima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>C\u00fabrela con queso mozzarella rallado.<br><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<br>Mete la fuente en el horno y hornea durante unos 25 minutos, o hasta que el queso est\u00e9 dorado y burbujeante.
