Una receta r\u00e1pida de verduras m\u00e1s sabrosas que la carne."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<br><\/strong>1 cabeza de br\u00f3coli, cortada en ramilletes<br>1 cabeza de coliflor, cortada en ramilletes<br>1 cucharadita de sal<br>Agua<br>2 cucharadas de leche<br>1 cebolla picada<br>Aceite vegetal<br>1 pimiento morr\u00f3n picado (como el pimiento rojo de la imagen)<br>1 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n<br>1 tomate picado<br>3 huevos<br>5 cucharadas de aceite vegetal<br>130 gramos de harina de trigo<br>2 tazas de leche<br>Eneldo fresco picado<br>2 cebolletas picadas<br>150-200 gramos de queso rallado (como el queso mozzarella de la imagen)<br><strong>Instrucciones:<br><\/strong>Precalentar el horno a 200 \u00b0C (392 \u00b0F).<br>Cocinar el br\u00f3coli y la coliflor: En una olla grande con agua hirviendo, escaldar el br\u00f3coli y los ramilletes de coliflor durante 2-3 minutos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Escurrir y reservar.<br>Saltear las verduras: Calentar el aceite vegetal en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio. Agregar la cebolla picada y cocinar hasta que est\u00e9 blanda y transl\u00facida, unos 5 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Incorpora el pimiento morr\u00f3n picado y cocina durante 2 minutos m\u00e1s.<br>Batir los huevos: En un taz\u00f3n grande, bate los huevos, la leche, el aceite vegetal, la harina de trigo, la sal y el piment\u00f3n. Incorpora el eneldo fresco picado y las cebolletas.<br>Armar la frittata: Engrasar una fuente para horno con aceite vegetal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Extender las verduras cocidas en el fondo de la fuente. Verter la mezcla de huevo sobre las verduras.
