Una receta r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<br><\/strong>1 kg de filete de pollo (pechuga o muslos, sin hueso ni piel)<br>Sal y pimienta negra al gusto<br>Mantequilla<br>Aceite de oliva<br>1 cebolla picada<br>3 dientes de ajo picados<br>2 pimientos morrones picados<br>7 tomates peque\u00f1os, enteros o cortados por la mitad<br>6 patatas peque\u00f1as, cortadas en cubos<br>150 ml de salsa de tomate<br>100 ml de agua<br>Sal<br>Hierbas provenzales (o condimento italiano)<br>Queso mozzarella rallado (opcional)<br><strong>Instrucciones:<br><\/strong>Sazona el pollo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e9calo con papel absorbente y sazona generosamente con sal y pimienta negra por ambos lados.<br>Dora el pollo. Calienta una mezcla de mantequilla y aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n grande apta para horno a fuego medio-alto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dora las pechugas de pollo de 2 a 3 minutos por cada lado, o hasta que est\u00e9n doradas. Retira el pollo de la sart\u00e9n y reserva.<br>Saltea las verduras. Agrega la cebolla picada a la sart\u00e9n y cocina de 3 a 4 minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9 tierna. Incorpore el ajo picado y cocine durante un minuto m\u00e1s, hasta que desprenda aroma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1ada los pimientos picados y cocine durante 2-3 minutos m\u00e1s.<br>Agregue el resto de los ingredientes. A\u00f1ada las papas en cubos, los tomates enteros o cortados por la mitad, la salsa de tomate, el agua, la sal y las hierbas provenzales (o condimento italiano) a la sart\u00e9n. Remueva todo para integrar.<br>Coloque el pollo encima. Regrese las pechugas de pollo a la sart\u00e9n, coloc\u00e1ndolas sobre las verduras.<br>Hornee. Precaliente el horno a 200 \u00b0C (400 \u00b0F). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hornee el pollo y las verduras durante 20-25 minutos, o hasta que el pollo est\u00e9 bien cocido y las papas tiernas.<br>Asar a la parrilla con queso (opcional). Si desea una cobertura con queso, precaliente el horno a la parrilla. Espolvoree el queso mozzarella rallado sobre el pollo y las verduras. Asar a la parrilla durante 1-2 minutos, o hasta que el queso se derrita y burbujee.<br>Sirva. Sirva inmediatamente. <strong>Consejos<\/strong>:<br>Puedes usar piezas de pollo con hueso y piel para esta receta, pero podr\u00edas tener que ajustar el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n.<br>Si no tienes hierbas provenzales, puedes sustituirlas por condimento italiano.<br>Puedes a\u00f1adir otras verduras, como zanahorias, jud\u00edas verdes o calabac\u00edn.<br>Las sobras se pueden guardar en el refrigerador hasta 3 d\u00edas.
