Es un pan cl\u00e1sico sin amasar. Para hacerlo necesitar\u00e1s harina, agua, sal y levadura. Simplemente haga la masa, d\u00e9jela crecer y hornee hasta que est\u00e9 dorada. Es dif\u00edcil creer que solo necesitas cuatro ingredientes y un esfuerzo m\u00ednimo para hacer pan que sepa como reci\u00e9n salido de la panader\u00eda. Doradas y crujientes por fuera, y suaves y tiernas por dentro. Disfr\u00fatelo solo con mantequilla real y confitura de frutas, o s\u00edrvalo como acompa\u00f1amiento de una sopa abundante. \u00a1Es una de esas recetas que te har\u00e1n sentir como un verdadero panadero!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes del pan casero<br><\/strong>Harina: utilice harina para todo uso, no es necesaria harina especial para pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agua \u2013 use agua tibia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Levadura: aseg\u00farese de que la levadura que utiliza todav\u00eda est\u00e9 activa y no haya caducado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f3mo hacer pan casero<br><\/strong>Lo bueno de este pan es que no es necesario amasarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras hace la masa, coloque el horno holand\u00e9s en un horno precalentado para que se caliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comienza mezclando todos los ingredientes hasta que la masa quede suave y el\u00e1stica. Dobla la masa unas cuantas veces y luego div\u00eddela en dos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coloque las dos barras de masa en el horno holand\u00e9s calentado. Aseg\u00farate de manipular la olla caliente con mucho cuidado para no quemarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consejos<\/strong><br>Si encuentra que la masa est\u00e1 pegajosa al trabajar, puede engrasarse un poco la mano o usar una esp\u00e1tula para mezclar la masa. No caigas en la tentaci\u00f3n de agregar m\u00e1s harina, ya que esto crear\u00e1 pan seco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El horno holand\u00e9s debe precalentarse durante al menos 30 minutos, pero hasta una hora. \u00a1Solo ten cuidado porque har\u00e1 mucho calor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.recetas-es.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-142.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1828 lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" \/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recetas-es.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-142.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1828\"\/><\/noscript><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aseg\u00farate de mantener la tapa puesta durante la primera media hora. Es el secreto del &#8220;pan artesanal&#8221; perfectamente crujiente. La tapa atrapa el vapor mientras el pan se hornea por dentro, creando un pan crujiente con una miga tierna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f3mo almacenar pan casero<br><\/strong>Debido a que no contiene conservantes como el pan comprado en la tienda, el pan casero no se conserva por mucho tiempo (una excelente raz\u00f3n para disfrutarlo reci\u00e9n salido del horno). Una vez enfriado, envuelva bien el pan con film transparente. Agregue otra capa de papel de aluminio y congele por hasta 3 meses. Dejar descongelar a temperatura ambiente y luego calentar en un horno a fuego lento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfPuedo hacerlo con anticipaci\u00f3n?<br><\/strong>S\u00ed, puedes hacer la masa y conservarla en el frigor\u00edfico hasta 5 d\u00edas (taparla con film transparente).
