Sin horno"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<br><\/strong>3 papas medianas (300 gr)<br>1 cucharadita de sal<br>1 huevo<br>1 taza de caldo de papa<br>1 cucharadita de levadura seca (7g)<br>1 cucharadita de az\u00facar<br>450-500 gr de harina de trigo<br>1 cucharada de aceite vegetal<br>Mermelada de ciruelas (opcional)<br><strong>Instrucciones:<br><\/strong>Cocine las papas y trit\u00farelas hasta formar un pur\u00e9.<br>En un taz\u00f3n grande, combine el pur\u00e9 de papas, la sal, el huevo, el caldo de papa, la levadura y el az\u00facar. Mezcle bien.<br>Agregue poco a poco la harina hasta que la masa est\u00e9 suave y el\u00e1stica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amase la masa durante 10 minutos sobre una superficie ligeramente enharinada.<br>Pinte la masa con aceite vegetal, col\u00f3quela en un taz\u00f3n y c\u00fabrala con un pa\u00f1o de cocina limpio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deje que la masa suba en un lugar c\u00e1lido durante 30 minutos.<br>Caliente el aceite vegetal en una olla grande o freidora a 350 grados Fahrenheit (175 grados Celsius).<br>Divida la masa en partes iguales y forme bolitas con ellas.<br>(Opcional) Haz una peque\u00f1a hendidura en el centro de cada bola de masa y rell\u00e9nala con una cucharadita de mermelada de ciruela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cierra la bola de masa.<br>Aplana suavemente las bolas de masa para formar rosquillas.<br>Fr\u00ede las rosquillas en tandas durante 2-3 minutos por cada lado o hasta que est\u00e9n doradas.<br>Escurre las rosquillas sobre toallas de papel y s\u00edrvelas tibias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Consejos:<br><\/strong>Si la masa est\u00e1 demasiado pegajosa, agrega m\u00e1s harina, una cucharada a la vez, hasta que se vuelva manejable.<br>Puedes usar cualquier tipo de aceite de cocina para fre\u00edr.<br>Si no tienes caldo de papa, puedes usar agua o leche en su lugar.<br>Puedes usar az\u00facar en polvo o az\u00facar con canela para espolvorear las rosquillas antes de servir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes:3 papas medianas (300 gr)1 cucharadita de sal1 huevo1 taza de caldo de papa1 cucharadita de levadura seca (7g)1 cucharadita de az\u00facar450-500 gr de harina de trigo1 cucharada de aceite [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":17963,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-17962","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recetas"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>2 PATATAS!
