Caliente a fuego medio, revolviendo constantemente, hasta que el az\u00facar se disuelva y comience a dorarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Una vez que el az\u00facar adquiera un color caramelo dorado, vi\u00e9rtalo con cuidado en una cacerola o un recipiente resistente al calor. Incline el recipiente para esparcir el caramelo de manera uniforme sobre el fondo. Deje enfriar y endurecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prepare la mezcla para el pan:<br><\/strong>en una licuadora, combine los huevos, 1\/4 taza de az\u00facar, el extracto de vainilla y la leche. Licue hasta que quede una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Cuele la mezcla para asegurarse de que quede homog\u00e9nea y sin grumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arma el pudin:<br><\/strong>coloca los trozos de pan restantes de manera uniforme en la sart\u00e9n resistente al calor sobre el caramelo endurecido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vierte la mezcla de natillas escurrida sobre el pan, asegur\u00e1ndote de que todo el pan est\u00e9 empapado.<br>Presiona suavemente los trozos de pan para que absorban la natilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hornea el pud\u00edn:<br><\/strong>Precalienta el horno a 175 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F).<br>Cubre la fuente resistente al calor con papel de aluminio.<br>Coloca la fuente en una fuente para horno m\u00e1s grande y vierte con cuidado agua hirviendo en la fuente exterior hasta que llegue a la mitad de los lados de la fuente resistente al calor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este m\u00e9todo de ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda ayuda a que el pud\u00edn se cocine de manera uniforme.<br>Hornea en el horno precalentado durante aproximadamente 45 a 50 minutos o hasta que el pud\u00edn est\u00e9 listo y la parte superior est\u00e9 ligeramente dorada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Presentaci\u00f3n:<br><\/strong>Deje que el pud\u00edn se enfr\u00ede un poco antes de servirlo.
