Mezcle bien.<br>Agregue la cebolla verde picada y el eneldo a la mezcla.<br>Incorpore el yogur blanco y la pasta de tomate hasta que se integren por completo.<br>Corte con cuidado el repollo para crear bolsillos y col\u00f3quelos en una bandeja para hornear cubierta con papel pergamino.<br>Sazone el repollo con sal y pimienta a gusto.<br>Forme hamburguesas con la carne molida y col\u00f3quelas sobre los bolsillos de repollo.<br>Extienda la mezcla de yogur y salsa de tomate sobre la carne.<br>Hornee en el horno precalentado durante 45 minutos.<br><strong>Para las papas a la parmesana:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumente la temperatura del horno a 200 \u00b0C (392 \u00b0F) despu\u00e9s de que el repollo est\u00e9 listo.<br>Mezcle las rodajas de papa con el ajo picado, el aceite vegetal, la sal, la pimienta negra y el piment\u00f3n.
