Los sabores son similares a los de una berenjena a la parmesana : espere berenjena jugosa , mozzarella fibrosa , tomate sabroso y queso parmesano salado , todo en un solo bocado. Quedan crujientes y crocantes por fuera, pero tiernos y h\u00famedos por dentro.
