{"id":16622,"date":"2025-01-02T08:25:18","date_gmt":"2025-01-02T06:25:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.recetas-es.top\/?p=16622"},"modified":"2025-01-02T08:25:18","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T06:25:18","slug":"receta-de-pan-de-ajo-y-queso-no-es-necesario-amasar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recetas-es.top\/?p=16622","title":{"rendered":"Receta de pan de ajo y queso\/ No es necesario amasar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<br>Para el pan de queso:<br><\/strong>160 ml de leche<br>4 g (1 cucharada) de levadura seca instant\u00e1nea<br>30 g (3 cucharadas) de az\u00facar<br>200 g (1 1\/2 tazas) de harina de pan<br>4 g (1 cucharadita) de sal<br>25 g (2 1\/2 cucharadas) de mantequilla sin sal<br>160 g de queso mozzarella (cortado en cubos o rallado)<br><strong>Para la salsa de ajo:<br><\/strong>20 g (2 cucharadas) de mantequilla sin sal<br>7 g (1\/2 cucharada) de ajo picado<br>15 g (1 1\/2 cucharada) de az\u00facar (ajusta seg\u00fan tu preferencia de dulzor)<br>1\/2 cucharada de perejil seco<br>1\/4 cucharadita de sal<br>40 g de queso mozzarella (rallado)<br><strong>Pasos de preparaci\u00f3n:<br><\/strong>Prepara la masa: Calienta ligeramente la leche y disuelve la levadura y el az\u00facar en ella. D\u00e9jala reposar unos minutos hasta que est\u00e9 espumosa.<br>En un bol grande, combina la harina de pan y la sal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agrega la mezcla de levadura y la mantequilla sin sal derretida. Amasa la masa hasta que quede suave y el\u00e1stica, aproximadamente 10 minutos a mano o 5-7 minutos si usas una batidora. La masa debe estar pegajosa pero no pegajosa.<br>Coloca la masa en un bol engrasado, c\u00fabrela con un pa\u00f1o y d\u00e9jala reposar en un lugar c\u00e1lido hasta que duplique su tama\u00f1o, aproximadamente 1 hora.<br><strong>Forma el pan:<br><\/strong>Despu\u00e9s del primer reposo, golpea la masa y div\u00eddela en 16 porciones iguales.<br>Aplana ligeramente cada porci\u00f3n y coloca un trozo de queso mozzarella en el centro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Envuelve la masa alrededor del queso, sellando los bordes.<br>Coloca las porciones de masa rellenas en una bandeja para hornear forrada con papel pergamino. D\u00e9jalas reposar en un lugar c\u00e1lido durante aproximadamente 30 minutos hasta que se inflen ligeramente.<br><strong>Prepara la salsa de ajo:<br><\/strong>En una cacerola peque\u00f1a, derrite la mantequilla a fuego lento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agrega el ajo picado y cocina a fuego lento hasta que desprenda un aroma fragante, pero no se dore.<br>Incorpora el az\u00facar, el perejil seco y la sal. Cocina durante un minuto m\u00e1s hasta que el az\u00facar se disuelva.
