{"id":16436,"date":"2024-12-25T08:42:22","date_gmt":"2024-12-25T06:42:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.recetas-es.top\/?p=16436"},"modified":"2024-12-25T08:42:22","modified_gmt":"2024-12-25T06:42:22","slug":"receta-de-queso-de-papa-para-el-desayuno-sin-harina-sin-azucar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recetas-es.top\/?p=16436","title":{"rendered":"Receta de queso de papa para el desayuno\/Sin harina\/\u00a1Sin az\u00facar!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes:<br><\/strong>500 g de patatas<br>Agua<br>1\/2 cucharada de sal (para remojar)<br>3 huevos<br>1\/2 cucharada de sal (para la mezcla de huevo)<br>1\/2 cucharadita de pimienta<br>25 g de cebollas verdes picadas<br>Aceite de cocina<br>200 g de queso mozzarella rallado<br><strong>Pasos de preparaci\u00f3n:<br>Prepara las patatas:<br><\/strong>Pela las patatas y c\u00f3rtalas en rodajas finas con una mandolina o un cuchillo afilado.<br>Coloca las patatas cortadas en rodajas en un bol con agua. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1ade 1\/2 cucharada de sal y d\u00e9jalas en remojo durante unos 10 minutos.<br><strong>Usa la f\u00e9cula de patata:<br><\/strong>Despu\u00e9s de remojarlas, no tires el agua. Escurre con cuidado las patatas para que el agua con almid\u00f3n se asiente en el fondo del bol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vierte el agua lentamente, dejando el almid\u00f3n.<br><strong>Prepara la mezcla de huevos:<br><\/strong>En un bol aparte, bate los huevos. A\u00f1ade la f\u00e9cula de patata reservada, 1\/2 cucharada de sal y 1\/2 cucharadita de pimienta. Mezcla bien.<br>Mezcla las cebollas verdes picadas con la mezcla de huevo.<br><strong>Cocina el panqueque de papas:<br><\/strong>Calienta un poco de aceite de cocina en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio-bajo.<br>Vierte la mitad de las rodajas de papas en la sart\u00e9n, esparci\u00e9ndolas uniformemente.<br>Cocina durante 3 a 5 minutos o hasta que la base se dore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tienes una tapa, cubre la sart\u00e9n para ayudar a que las papas se cocinen de manera uniforme.<br>Da vuelta las papas con cuidado y coc\u00ednalas durante otros 2 a 3 minutos hasta que ambos lados est\u00e9n dorados.<br>Retira la primera mitad de la sart\u00e9n y reserva. Repite el proceso con la otra mitad de las papas.<br><strong>Agrega el queso:<br><\/strong>Una vez que la segunda tanda est\u00e9 cocida, coloca la primera tanda de papas cocidas nuevamente sobre la sart\u00e9n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Espolvorea el queso mozzarella rallado uniformemente sobre la parte superior.<br>Cubre la sart\u00e9n y deja que se cocine a fuego lento durante 2 a 3 minutos, o hasta que el queso se derrita y burbujee.<br><strong>Sirve:<br><\/strong>Desliza el panqueque de papas sobre un plato. Debe quedar crujiente por fuera y con un centro suave y quesoso.
