Una vez listos, se pueden untar con mantequilla derretida y espolvorear con az\u00facar y una pizca de canela molida , o se pueden cubrir con frutos secos molidos, cacao amargo en polvo, chocolate derretido, coco rallado o cualquier cosa que desees. Lo ideal es que puedas servir el pastel de chimenea como postre al final de una comida, ya sea solo o relleno de unas deliciosas natillas .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su particular forma , estos dulces tambi\u00e9n se conocen como dulces chimeneas. El t\u00e9rmino h\u00fangaro k\u00fcrt\u0151 significa chimenea o conducto de humos y se refiere al dise\u00f1o tradicional de los kurtoskalacs, con forma de chimeneas h\u00fangaras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consejos para hacer pastel de chimenea h\u00fangaro<br><\/strong>Si no tienes un molde para cannoli, puedes utilizar un rodillo, papel de aluminio o un molde para hornear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes rellenar estos bizcochos de chimenea recubiertos de az\u00facar y canela con nata, chocolate, helado y tambi\u00e9n cubrirlos con nata montada esponjosa, nueces trituradas o chispas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n puedes mojar los pasteles de chimenea en salsa de caramelo, chocolate derretido, caramelo o salsa de frutas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f3mo conservar el pastel de chimenea<br><\/strong>Puedes guardar los kurtoskalacs a temperatura ambiente, en una bolsa para alimentos o bajo una c\u00fapula de vidrio durante 1-2 d\u00edas .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><br>HARINA PARA TODO USO<br>1 kg (8 1\/4 tazas)<br>LECHE<br>500 ml (2 tazas)<br>AZ\u00daCAR<br>100 gramos (1\/2 taza)<br>MANTECA<br>100 gramos (1\/2 taza)<br>LEVADURA DE CERVEZA FRESCA<br>25 g (8 cucharaditas)<br>HUEVOS<br>3<br>YEMAS<br>2<br>PARA DECORAR<br>AZ\u00daCAR GRANULADA<br>MANTEQUILLA DERRETIDA<br>CANELA MOLIDA<br>HARINA<br><strong>C\u00f3mo hacer pastel de chimenea<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poner el az\u00facar en un bol y a\u00f1adir la harina tamizada.
