Puedes hacer esto con porciones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as; querr\u00e1s ahumar la pechuga durante 1 a 1\u00bd horas por libra de carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.Quite la grasa de la pechuga.<br>16 libras de pechuga entera<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Combine los condimentos en un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o para crear la masa BBQ y fr\u00f3tela en la pechuga por todos lados. Envolver con papel de estraza y devolver al ahumador. Contin\u00fae ahumando la pechuga hasta que alcance una temperatura interna de 205 \u00b0F.
