Triturar la calabaza cocida o mezclarla hasta obtener un pur\u00e9 suave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepara la mezcla de pl\u00e1tano:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tritura los pl\u00e1tanos en un bol hasta que quede una mezcla homog\u00e9nea. M\u00e9zclalos con el pur\u00e9 de calabaza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cocinar con Agar-Agar:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En una olla aparte, combine la leche, el az\u00facar y el agar-agar. Revuelva bien para disolver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poner la mezcla a hervir suavemente a fuego medio, revolviendo constantemente. Dejar hervir a fuego lento durante 5 minutos para activar el agar-agar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Combinar y configurar:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mezcle gradualmente el pur\u00e9 de calabaza y pl\u00e1tano con la mezcla de leche agar-agar, asegur\u00e1ndose de que est\u00e9 bien combinado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vierta la mezcla en un molde o copas para servir.
