Cocine la pasta en el agua salada hasta que est\u00e9 hecha, esc\u00farrala y c\u00f3rtela en trozos grandes.<br>2. Cocine la salsa bechamel friendo un poco de harina con la mantequilla derretida durante 1 minuto, luego vierta la leche y hierva hasta que la salsa espese (alrededor de 5-7 minutos). Sazone con sal, pimienta y nuez moscada.<br>3. Fre\u00edr r\u00e1pidamente los guisantes con el jam\u00f3n y el ajo (2-3 minutos).<br>4. Combinar la pasta con la salsa bechamel y mezclar bien.<br>5. Poner la pasta en un aro para cocinar formando una taza. A\u00f1adir la mezcla de guisantes y jam\u00f3n en cada taza y a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s pasta encima para cubrir. Presionar y retirar el aro.<br>6. Congelar las chuletas de pasta durante 1 hora.<br>7. Batir el agua con la harina. Sumergir cada chuleta de pasta en la masa y transferirla al aceite precalentado.
