Continuar cocinando a fuego medio, revolviendo constantemente, hasta que la mezcla espese. Debe adquirir una consistencia suave, similar a la de un pud\u00edn, despu\u00e9s de unos\u00a0\u00a0<strong>3 a 5 minutos<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A\u00f1adir la vainilla<\/strong>\u00a0: una vez espesa, retirar del fuego y a\u00f1adir el extracto de vainilla o el az\u00facar de vainilla. Dejar enfriar por completo el relleno antes de utilizarlo para rellenar la masa.
