Se trata de una masa choux suave rellena de natillas &nbsp;y adornada con cerezas en alm\u00edbar y, en esta preparaci\u00f3n, cocinaremos el zeppole en la freidora -sin aceite- con un resultado final similar al del zeppole al horno : al final de la cocci\u00f3n se Obtendr\u00e1s zeppole ligero, seco y que no se deshincha , cocinado en tan solo 15 minutos .
