Adorados tanto por los lugare\u00f1os como por los turistas, consisten en una hoja de s\u00e9mola desmenuzable que contiene un sabroso relleno elaborado con pecorino fresco de Cerde\u00f1a , y tradicionalmente se sirven calientes con miel de casta\u00f1o o madro\u00f1o , una miel local de color oscuro con un sabor ligeramente amargo.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para hacerlos en casa habr\u00e1 que hacer una masa fina con harina de s\u00e9mola, manteca de cerdo y agua de la que obtener peque\u00f1os discos para rellenar, emparejados de dos en dos, con el queso pecorino derretido en la sart\u00e9n y aromatizado con ralladura de lim\u00f3n .
