En nuestra receta, una corteza de masa quebrada desmenuzable sin mantequilla contiene un relleno denso y cremoso a base de panna cotta de vainilla ; todo para un resultado refinado y sorprendente, decorado en la superficie con galletas en forma de flores, frutos rojos, hojas de menta y az\u00facar glas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para llevarlo a la mesa, comenzamos con la masa quebrada, que se obtiene mezclando la harina tamizada con el aceite de semillas , el az\u00facar granulada, los huevos, la levadura y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n. Una vez lista, se extiende la masa homog\u00e9nea obtenida, sin necesidad de tiempos de reposo, formando un disco fino de aproximadamente 1\/2 cm de espesor, se forra con este un molde especial de 24 cm de di\u00e1metro y luego se cuece la base en blanco , tapada. con una hoja de papel de horno y legumbres secas durante los primeros 20 minutos, y destapado los 10 minutos restantes, hasta que est\u00e9 ligeramente dorado y fragante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este punto s\u00f3lo queda calentar al fuego la leche con la nata fresca, el az\u00facar granulada y una cucharadita de extracto de vainilla, luego a\u00f1adir al l\u00edquido caliente las hojas de gelatina , previamente remojadas en agua fr\u00eda y bien exprimidas, y finalmente verter la mezcla sobre la base de masa quebrada, esperando el tiempo necesario para que endurezca en la nevera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terminamos el postre con frambuesas , ar\u00e1ndanos y galletas hechas con restos de masa quebrada pero, como alternativa, puedes elegir otra fruta fresca o puedes echar sobre la tarta una cobertura de caramelo , chocolate derretido o un coulis de frutos rojos . Una vez transcurrido el tiempo retiramos el papel y las legumbres y continuamos cocinando unos diez minutos.
