Una receta f\u00e1cil y econ\u00f3mica, excelente para cualquier comida familiar o cena con amigos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para nuestra elaboraci\u00f3n utilizamos &nbsp;Chioggia radicchio , una verdura de invierno t\u00edpica de la zona del V\u00e9neto, que se caracteriza por su cabeza redondeada, consistencia crujiente y sabor dulce pero ligeramente amargo. Aqu\u00ed se corta en gajos, se coloca en una bandeja para horno, se sazona con aceite de oliva virgen extra, parmesano rallado, sal y pimienta, luego se cuece en el horno hasta que est\u00e9 dorado en la superficie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado es un plato sabroso y muy apetecible , que tambi\u00e9n se puede enriquecer con una gota de vinagre bals\u00e1mico o un chorrito de miel , que combina bien con el regusto amargo de la achicoria.
